Design Development

Style direction is translated into a mathematical model of the external surfaces that takes into account the internal components and safety requirements the new product must fulfill. A precise process is constantly monitored to ensure the original style concept is maintained along with an in-depth study of the functions and manufacturing feasibility. Mathematical model can be used for prototype making in order to assess the first style and dimensional results. 

Prototyping

An in-house laboratory, that also includes a 3D printing facility, gives the capacity to develop reliable Proof-of-Concept, test functional prototypes with materials that faithfully reproduce and simulate a range of common injection plastics. Adjusting and analyzing samples, as a result, saves time and costs spent on project development. 

Engineering

Our extensive experience and advanced technical skills assure an accurate development of complex structures during the engineering stage. Our team of engineers works on the construction of plastic and mechanical parts using 3D parametric modeling software (Solidworks) by taking into consideration materials, technological processes, thicknesses, dimensions, fixings, shrinking, undercuts, and couplings.

Simulation and FEM analysis

In order to perform advanced Virtual simulations and FEM analysis, it’s important to have the knowledge of specific regulations and type approval tests. With an outsourced team of highly skilled engineers with many years of experience in this field, it makes possible to execute a number of important activities that can prevent and reduce major failure risks already during the design process.

Testing Supervision

We provide supervision during trial and certificate of type approval tests, which are performed by the major European testing laboratories. Long-term partnership, close cooperation, and careful control of each stage of testing allow to decrease any future risks and optimize the final product.
